Course Overview:
In this course we will be presenting modern concepts of digital communication for restorative procedures. Smile design concepts, shade matching and treatment planning using computers and photographs will be discussed.
Course Objectives:
- Describe the latest techniques for communicating with the dental technician and patient
- Explain important considerations in order to make the communication clear and accurate
- Provide useful tools and templates that can be used efficiently in an everyday practice for cases involving sophisticated dentistry
Course Goals:
After this presentation the attendees will be able to:
- Train their staff on how to take photographs that will provide accurate information
- Use calibrated photographs as treatment planning tools
- Successfully express plans, ideas and information to dental technicians and other colleagues in a digital manner
- Understand basic principles of smile design through digital technology
