Insurance Billing
As a non-assignable clinic, you will be required to pay for your procedures at the end of each appointment, whereupon you will be directly reimbursed if you have an insurance plan. We will do all required paperwork on your behalf before submitting directly to your insurance carrier.
Payment Options
As noted, payment is due at each appointment. Our payment options include cash, cheque, debit, money order, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Our Cancellation Policy
Southwest Specialty Group requires 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
