Course Overview

This comprehensive surgical and restorative implant mentorship program is designed for the general practitioner interested in incorporating dental implant tooth replacement therapy into their practice. The course will guide participants through the entire dental implant treatment process for a single tooth replacement.

The importance of a prosthetically driven treatment plan will be emphasized and explained in depth through a full digital workflow process. Participants will learn how to incorporate 3D digital diagnostics, impression taking, implant planning, guided surgery, and CAD/CAM restoration design and fabrication.

All surgical and restorative aspects will be reviewed including complications and maintenance protocols to allow participants to achieve long term successful outcomes when performing dental implant treatments.

The course will have two main components. A didactic part: that includes in depth lectures and hands on model-based exercises, covering all aspects of the implant workflow, from planning, to guided implant placement, impression taking, and crown delivery. The second part will be the clinical component, where all participants will have the opportunity to plan, place, and restore their own dental implant cases in their own patients with the guidance of our mentors.
